Loved this!

I REALLY like what you did with this piece. From the slow-building (seemingly)unrequited yearning from Jared to the exciting moment Jensen finally shows his true feelings for Jared. Mike's voice of reason moments that helped keep Jared grounded was wonderful. And I love that you made the doctor fall in love with folks he saved, rather than the cliched opposite premise. Most of all, I really enjoyed how believable and realistic their personalities and conversations were -- never melodramatic or sappy or out-of-character.
