This is absolutely freaking amazing. I love how the dreams blended together and Dean's take on Sam's memories. I love Dean rescuing Sam and being willing to promise him anything to get him out.

“If you come with me -- Sam, listen – if you come with me now and you want this when you wake up…” Dean stumbles over the words, grasping for the right way to say it. Finally he whispers, “If you want this, for real, you can have it.”

Just so emotional and strong and wonderful.
