I loved this. I read the premise and thought that it had potential to be awesome, and boy did you ever deliver!

I loved the surreality, the ever changing landscape, the images and Sam's constantly changing age. Loved the way Dean held on to little Sammy.

And this line:

“Shit, Sam,” he says, with grief that tastes like blood. “Didn’t anything good ever happen to you?”

This line is perfection.
