I hope you don't mind anonymous comments, but I've commented here once before and told you how much I love this fic.

But I wanted to say that I still really, really love this story. I don't know if you meant it to, but it's been months since I first read this and while I don't read it again and again, it's one of those pieces that still haunts me. Where I live is so far from American culture, but sometimes I see something or hear something and am reminded of this fic. Your writing is perfect, believable, and every word was a joy reading. Most of all, how Jensen, Jared, and even Jeff hurt here, and how they help each other become stronger, makes this one of the most beautiful fics I've ever read. And I wanted to say that I'm really greatful that you wrote this and shared it.
