I was so happy to see you finish this. I had found it to be one of the most intriguing of the SN vamp fics. Sam hearing the voices in his mind was spookily eerie, and I could just see Dean in the tight leather pants, eyeliner and lip gloss. *fanning self* The sexual encounters between the boys were very well done--red hot, but with a lovely sidehelping of angst--Dean wanting it in the moment, but knowing it was wrong and trying to fight it, and then feeling hurt and used, by Sam, in the aftermath. Yet, despite that, not being able to maintain that feeling of hurt upon seeing what it was doing to Sam. That's the big-brother Dean we know.

Having Dean finally give in and drink Aaron's blood made perfect sense for the story. He'd been trying--all that time--to find a way to succeed in destroying Aaron, yet when Sam was threatened, he gives in and drinks, so that Sam will be safe, and he will be able to see him one more time.

I did notice one disconnect in this chapter. It says several times that Dean has been gone a month, but then there's also a reference to "all the months of phone calls" and They've been doing this to you… for three months?”. So that threw me.
