I'm sorry this is so very late a comment, but I was a little distracted by RL over the past few weeks (as, so I understand, were you - congratulations!). Part of the joy of getting back is catching up on things you missed, like parts 2 and 3 of this lovely fic. Thank you very much. Your Charlie and Don feel so right, in that Don wants to control, in part perhaps because he knows he can't really; and Charlie is more capable than many think, but he's still so dependent on Don's attention - his approval, yes, but above all, his attention. They're codependently symmetrical, but not in any simple way.
