This story is fantastic. All the gorgeous details, and the slow build of recognized attraction layered onto the love they already have for each other; it's so...warm and comforting and wonderful. The little notes that speak to Jared's awareness of his feelings - his protectiveness!! His perplexing desire to take care of Jensen! eeee, you write it so perfectly!! The jealousy over Steve, and wanting to separate Steve from Jensen to protect Jensen, and getting into bed with Jensen over and over and they don't talk about it - except for how they have ridiculous adorable wannabe pillow talk having to do with family fights, OMG - and HAIRTOUCHING. Soft floofy hair Jared wants Jensen to leave that way so he can touch it. The sensuality of that knocks me out. So many perfect details in this; it feels so real and private and exactly right. I love how you end it with this hot hot sexxin', but really it's fantastic schmoop all covered over with hotness. *g*

Jared kissed him hard and deep, closed his hands around Jensen's hips where they were pushing against his and hauled him up. He put Jensen right where he needed him and kept him there.
